Let's be Human again

Roe V Wade is a human story, one that is familiar to many people, especially women as a whole. This was an incident that occurred back in 1969, it created an enormous commotion, and it still does today.
The 1973 Roe V. Wade was a landmark decision of the U.S Supreme Court in which the Constitution of the United States granted the right to have an abortion. The decision struck down many federal and state abortion laws and fueled an ongoing abortion debate in the United States about whether, or to what extent, abortion should be legal, who should decide the legality of abortion, and what the role of moral and religious views in the political sphere should be. Let's look into how it all started;
The case was brought by Norma McCorvey also known by the legal pseudonym "Jane Roe” who in 1969 became pregnant with her third child. Though some books (The Clash of Absolutes by Laurence H. Tribe) mentioned that Miss Roe was 25 years old when she became a victim of gang rape. Several weeks later, her anguish grew when she learned to her dismay that she was pregnant. Miss Roe wanted an abortion, but she lived in Texas where abortion was illegal, except when necessary to save the mother's life. Her attorneys, Sarah Weddington and Linda Coffee filed a lawsuit on her behalf in U.S. federal court against her local district attorney, Henry Wade, alleging that Texas’s abortion laws were unconstitutional. A special three-judge court of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas heard the case and ruled in her favor. The parties appealed this ruling to the Supreme Court.
On January 22, 1973, the Supreme Court issued a 7–2 decision holding that the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides a fundamental "right to privacy", which protects a pregnant woman's right to an abortion. So long as the fetus wasn’t developed enough to live outside the womb. The Court also held that the right to abortion is not absolute and must be balanced against the government's interests in protecting women's health and prenatal life.
However, the abortion law has recently been overturned by a state lawyer (Justice Samuel Alito) which I believed is a good thing ethically. I know some people will not like my point of view but at least consider or try to understand my point. I’m all about the good morals of the world and humanity as a whole. The Abortion law in its beginnings was passed for a humane reason which is to save the life of a mother, this was understandable at the time but these days most people just want to abuse the law and take away the lives of innocent children(fetuses). Hence, we have an enormous amount of birth contraceptives out there which is to control unwanted pregnancies. So, my point for all the women that are opposing the Law is that; Don’t get pregnant if you know your man is not ready to commit to a marriage or build a family together with you. Because some women get pregnant for a man for many reasons: some thought maybe having a child for him will help her keep him to herself, others for financial reasons. But all these reasons are not guaranteed, we all see the stupendous number of single mothers raising children by themselves today and as a result, they have to seek help from government assistance programs, I honor these women for their hard work and for taking such a responsibility to take care of these children.
In addition, abortion presents a profound moral question, the ethical part of the law is that; we are all here in the world today because our mothers or both parents take the responsibility to bring us into the world and take care of us no matter the difficulties they went through, which is a hell of a burden, but they endure anyway to do it and we all must appreciate all the good and responsible mothers and fathers around the world that are paying it forward because you won’t realize the responsibilities and the late nights they have to take on until you become a mom or dad yourself.
In conclusion, Justice Samuel Alito's opinion finds that the Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating and prohibiting abortion. It was a major defeat for liberals after nearly 50 years, overturning it in 2022 is a victory not only for the children whose lives will be saved and for basic morality, but also, for our system of government, which is supposed to be a Constitutional republic. I know the road ahead looks rocky, but if Americans have the guts to stand up for what is right and ethical, like the way the Supreme Court has done, America will continue to prevail.
So, I leave you with this thought, imagine you and I were aborted, what would you have asked your potential mom in regard to why she did it?
